Advanced
The advanced Aquatic program is from 9:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. It is lead by one of the Bodacious Butterfly Team members.
Regular Water Aerobic
This is the basic level program and is lead by a CD Audio instructor from 10:20 to 11:05 a.m.
Deep Water
This program is done in the deep portion of the pool and is an advanced program. It is lead by a Bodacious Butterfly member. Class will be at
10:20 – 11:05 a.m.
