Deep Water Aerobics

Davis Lake Pool 16007 Davis Road, Fort Myers, FL, United States

This program in done in the deep portion of the pool and is an advanced program.  It is lead by a Bodacious Butterfly member. Sessions will be at 9:20-10:05 and repeat from 10:15-11:00 a.m. You may also do deep water exercise on your own from 8:30-9:15 am.

Regular Aquatic Exercise Program
